Having an author at your school or event can inspire kids/adults to read more, get excited about creating written works and dream beyond what they may believe is possible. And it’s certainly a treat for me to interact with students, school staff, and writers while sharing my passion for stories.

Presentations (grades 6-adults, 30-45 min.):

• Q&A session (a reading of the book is optional)

INTERACTIVE WRITING WORKSHOPS (for all ages, kids-adults) are 30-45 minutes:

• Sharing Your Story: journaling, generating ideas and creating your own book
• Showing, Not Telling: drawing images with words and how to engage a reader
